1.   PERMITTED USES.   You are permitted to copy single images used on this site for the purpose of education, NOT for making profit.

2.   USES NOT PERMITTED. You are not permitted to copy any portions of this shop for use in a profit making ventures.  Under NO circumstances is this site allowed to be copied in full or in part except under clause 1 of this agreement.

3.   COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS, LEGENDS & LOGOS.  You agree never to remove any such notices, product identification & reproduce them except under clause 1 of this agreement.  Logos, product, names & other support materials, if any, patented copyrighted, trademarked, or other proprietaries of Shell Hutcho Coins & Collectable Web Shop. 

4.   WARRANTY OF ITEMS. All items on this site come with a limited warranty.  Any items that are received & found to be not as described &/or customers are unsatisfied you must report by email within 8 days upon delivery of the problem.  Customers who receive defective items or are unsatisfied with their purchase must return the item, at their own cost, in the condition it was sent to them within 28 days of purchase.

5.   POSTAGE.  Shell Hutcho Coins & Collectable Web Shop will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during Postage.  Customers can opt for registered post, But under Australia Posts Regulation insurance is not allowed on Coins & Banknotes. 

6.   YOU ARE AGREEING TO A CONTRACT.  You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the Shell Hutcho Coins & Collectable Web Shop. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the seller's instructions & accepted payment methods. Seller assumes all responsibility for listing the items.

7.   AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM.  Listings on this site do not guarantee the availability of an item.  Items may be sold or withdrawn prior to or after an order has been placed.  Images are only a representation of the item you are purchasing. There is no guarantee you will get the coin shown in the image.

8.    ACKNOWLEDGMENT.  You acknowledge that you have read the Terms & Conditions & you fully understand them, you also agree to be bound by the terms & conditions.  By accepting this agreement, you agree to complete this transaction between the parties, & that this agreement supersedes all proposals & other prior agreements, oral or written, & any other previous communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
